Terms of Purchase

Hills Nutrition and Dietetics offers refunds and returns based on the Australian Consumer Law, and they do not accept returns for change of mind after purchase unless they specify otherwise, such as during order cancellation before dispatch. They require proof of purchase and the returned products to be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
